Since entering the photovoltaic tracking system field, the company has been committed to "maximizing the value of every ray of sunlight," translating its determination to cultivate this field into tangible resource investment and technological breakthroughs. We invest over 20% of our revenue annually in the R&D and iteration of photovoltaic tracking systems, assembling a dedicated team of 20 experts in photovoltaic control algorithms, mechanical structure design, and other fields. Our focus is on overcoming industry challenges such as improving tracking accuracy and adaptability to extreme weather. Currently, we have achieved technological breakthroughs, including a dual-axis tracking system with an accuracy of ±0.1° and the ability to withstand level 12 winds, resulting in a 25%-30% increase in power generation compared to traditional fixed supports. -
Meanwhile, we have established a dedicated team covering the entire process from R&D to production, installation, and operation and maintenance. In the production phase, we have introduced five automated assembly lines and deployed over ten on-site technical engineers to provide 24/7 installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance support, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of every tracking system. Looking ahead, we will continue to increase our investment in technology and human resources. On the one hand, we will optimize our AI intelligent tracking algorithm to adapt to different geographical and climatic conditions; on the other hand, we will expand scenario-based tracking solutions such as agricultural-solar hybrid and fishery-solar hybrid systems. With a long-term commitment and dedication to the entire supply chain, we aim to provide more efficient and reliable tracking system support for global photovoltaic projects, fulfilling our commitment to promoting the efficient use of clean energy.
R&D Center
The R&D center has successively undertaken numerous national Torch Program projects, provincial key research projects, and municipal science and technology projects. It has also participated in the development of industry standards for slewing bearings, driving the development of the industry, promoting technological progress, and promptly filing for intellectual property protection for its research achievements.
